Front office is more than professional

Everything is so nice, staff is so kindly Especaily front office Mr Gamal try to do everything possible for us, Mr shady everyday asking us about our stay, housekeeping is professional. Aqua Park is so nice for kids. Of course I'll visit the hotel again only for staff.

Honestly exceeded my expectations; the hotel is very well designed with great facilities for all ages, good food quality and different options, spotless clean and the staff really friendly, helpful with world class services. Definitely recommended and going back again.

Value for money

The hotel has an excellent snorkeling spot, one of the best actually in Sharm El-Sheikh, the staff strive to make you happy. Mr. Sayed, the food & beverage manager was so nice and caring. The rooms are clean and the hotel facilities generally are good.

The quality of the food is not bad but could certainly be improved, The animation team could have been better, there was no night shows. when you go to the beach you can only sit at a specific small area for the aquapark-hotel guests. In other hotels it's usually all the beach of the sister hotel.

Friendly staff. Very good Aqua. Pools. You can see many kinds of colorful fish at the beach. Views

Food and tableware. Electricity went out in my first night due to cable problem from 2 am till 8 am. Have to cross the street outside the hotel to reach the beach. Beach is for snorkeling only. Animation can be much better.

Large comfortable room, wide double bed, nice entertainment for children, helpful staff, low noise, nice swimming pools and aqua park

Very good value for this price

We've chosen this hotel only because of the aquapark, which met our expectations fully, even though few attranctions were out of use. Kids had grat fun and it was our purpose. For this price it was the best offer ever.

Unfortunately food was awful. We had all inclusive option and actually the breakfast was only one eatable meal... and sweets.

Family room is very spacious and has two bathrooms. Staff was friendly

Only one restaurant was open and too crowded, the buffet was BAD, no variety, no fruits, bad veggies, nothing healthy to feed the children. Breakfast buffet with egg station where you can get ONLY omelett without anything (no other ingredients), no fried eggs, no scrambled eggs. They turned off the aircondition in the restaurant during all meals and turned it back on when it got empty,saying that this is to cut costs??!! Icecream free only one hour per day from 12.30 - 13.30. Nothing to drink at the pizzeria where they serve snack food.

Food was not good, no variety of beef, chicken, Salads or deserts, some items are served for second day as they had extra from the previous day!!!! Water cups are so small and irritating to refill, ice cream is free for and hour and half daily although it's all inclusive!!

As usual another great stay at this hotel, I believe this is our fourth or fifth visit now to this hotel and every time we are sad to be leaving. Shady at reception always ensures we get the best welcoming and always great service!! He is a complete asset to the hotel. Sayed the food and beverage manager always ensures we have what we need for my young baby and he is always so welcoming and honestly I hunk of it was t for him in the hotel it would not have the same happy atmosphere as he’s always so friendly and happy always making guests feel welcomed and happy. We discovered the beach this stay and it was lovely, nice and quite with entertainment if you choose

ANOTHER FANTASTIC STAY AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL

This is our third visit in the last six months, we love this hotel. The hotel is lovely, it is on the other side of the road to the beach but you have access to the beach via the Parrotel beach resort, the aqua park has a range of slides and wave pool one heated pool in the winter is lovely. The rooms are very nice with matching decor, nice size and clean. The staff are fantastic which is what makes such a great atmosphere to stay. Having a baby can sometimes be difficult when staying in a hotel so it’s nice that the staff ensure we have everything we need and it is well suited a nice baby cot for the room not a horrible travel cot which my baby will not go in. The food and beverage manager Sayed khiery is lovely and makes you feel so welcome and always has a smile on his face. His team team are fantastic and work very hard for things to be smooth running they are still always smiling. The food is lovely and a range of salad, meat and vegetables. The reception team are very welcoming and always do their best to get a room that suits as my mum is disabled Shady always ensures we have a room suitable for her. The cleaning team manager is very helpful, always ensures you have what you need for your room and ensures his team are doing a great job which they are! We have no extended our stay for another ten days because we love it so much here

Nice stay

This is my first time in the the hotel, I never expect what I saw, it start from reception I deal with Mr Mohamed Gamal all the time he is smiling to us and offer his help all the time really he is a gentleman, also shady every day calling us to ask about our stay, housekeeping is so good, room is cleaning well. Food is fine for four star hotel. I'll come back for the staff
